Return & Cancellation Policy — Naata Threads

Introduction

At Naata Threads, each saree is handwoven by skilled artisans. Slight irregularities in weave, texture, or finish are the signature of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
• You inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs
• The product is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact

We do not accept returns for:

• Minor weaving irregularities common in handloom sarees
• Color variations due to screen/display differences
• Custom or discounted products

Note: We do not support direct exchanges, but once the return is approved, you may place a fresh order for your preferred product.

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them
• Cancellations are not allowed after the order has been dispatched

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days after the returned item passes inspection
• We do not issue store credit at this time
