Naata Threads ("Naata", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us when you browse or shop at naata.in (the "Site"). • Account & contact details — your mobile number and/or email address, used to sign you in via a one-time password or a sign-in link. We never ask for or store a login password.
• Order & delivery details — your name, shipping address, phone number, and order history, needed to fulfil and deliver your order.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials; Razorpay handles and secures that data directly.
• Usage & device data — pages visited, products viewed, and general device/browser information, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
• Content you provide — product reviews, ratings, and any messages you send us via email or WhatsApp.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Process, ship, and provide support for your orders;
• Sign you in securely without needing a password;
• Send order updates, shipping notifications, and (if you've opted in) offers or updates;
• Understand how the Site is used, so we can improve it;
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues;
• Meet our legal and tax obligations.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. These tools may collect information such as pages visited, referral source, and general device information; we don’t use them to collect payment details. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the Site and fulfil orders — our courier/logistics partners (for delivery), Razorpay (for payment processing), and Google/Firebase (for hosting, authentication, and analytics infrastructure) — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service, or where required by law.

6. Data storage & security

Your information is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard security safeguards. Access within our team is limited to those who need it to do their jobs, and anyone who misuses that access is subject to disciplinary action. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using appropriate technical and organisational measures.

7. Your rights & choices

You can review or update your account details at any time by signing in, or by writing to us at help@naata.in. You may also ask us to delete your account and associated personal information, subject to records we’re required to keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. We will respond to any such request within a reasonable time.

8. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We’ll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and encourage you to review this page periodically.
